403 errors on download files

Hi

I’m having an issue where all digital downloads get a 403 error. The only way I’ve found to get around this is to delete ‘deny from all’ in the htaccess file of the woocommerce_uploads folder. Other installations of WC that I am using work even with this line in that htaccess file so I feel this is only really a temporary workaround and not the final solution.
I have ‘force downloads’set in WC but I get the same 403 server error if I change to the re-direct download delivery method. I’ve disabled/enabled all plugins. I’m not sure what else to try.
