403 errors from Google when minify is activated

When I have minify active, it creates a 403 error in Google. The page loads fine and the speed scores are great but something is blocking it for Google. I have tried changing to disk basic instead of enhanced in Page Cache (saw that on another forum) but it seems the only way to get rid of that error is to disable minify. I actually need that to function. Help and guidance appreciated!
