403 error when saving a page with a link

  • Hi, When I click ‘update’ to save a page the following is occurring:

    1) If I only change some text in the page it saves just fine.

    2) If I include any link in the page I get a 403 error ‘you dont have permissions .

    Please help, I can’t put any links in my pages. !!!
