    notes announcing new orders, etc are not updating due to a 403 error:

    ?v=2.0:6 WebSocket connection to ‘wss://public-api.wordpress.com/pinghub/wpcom/me/newest-note-data’ failed: Error during WebSocket handshake: Unexpected response code: 403

    Hi @rayhunt0917, it sounds like the connection is being blocked. Could you let us know what site you’re having trouble with? And, can you test the connection at https://jetpack.com/support/debug ?

    Tested connection to debug page. That checks out ok. We’re also receiving this error when trying to retrieve notes

    I did a little investigative googling and discovered this is a little bug that rears its ugly head from time to time and dates back to 2017 or so. I was able to clear the error by logging into the associated wordpress account, then deactivated & reactivated Jetpack and followed through with setup. The error no longer occured.
