403 Error Page on Download

  • When clicking the download button on the player,it goes to a 403 error page and will not download. However, the player plays just fine.

    I use Amazon S3 to store the file.

    If I upload the audio file to my web host server, the download works fine.

    Does the plugin not work for files stored in the cloud?

    I like to store my audio and video files on Amazon to save space on my web host.
