403 error on CF7

Hello
The contact form is returning a 403 error on submission (even when just clicking the submit without filling in the fields).
When I disable the plugin the form does work.
Can you please let me know if there is anything we can fix?
we are using version 2.2.6
CF7 version 5.6.3See attached screenshot of console:
