403 error on ?_wpcf7_is_ajax_call=

We have a get request showing up in our homepage waterfall for https://www.domain.com/?_wpcf7_is_ajax_call=1&_wpcf7=19770&_wpcf7_request_ver=5151616516 and it’s reporting a 403 which is slowing the page load time significantly – I can’t seem to find any way to disable it or fix it. Any tips or ideas appreciated.
