403 Error–Migrating locally to Mediatemple

  • I have encountered a 403 error when trying to access my page.
    After reviewing numerous forums I tried troubleshooting.

    1. Saw there was no .htaccess file.
    2. Created one, but still got the error.
    3. Tooled around on wordpress’ “permalink” section, but it did not regenerate the file.

    Any other suggestions?
