• Hey all,

Odd issue. Am trying to edit a customer on an ecommerce site. Every time I hit “Update User”, I get a 403 Forbidden page (I am the site admin). I can edit other users just fine. I tried duplicating the user and get the same issue.

Logs in cPanel show a File not found error which makes absolutely no sense to me at all. Has anyone encountered this issue before?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

One of the most common reasons for a 403 forbidden error is the settings for a specific folder or file. These determine which users can read, write, or execute that folder or file.

403 forbidden indicates you don’t have permission to access this resource’ is displayed when a web server recognizes a user’s request but is unable to allow additional access.

You may ask your hosting provider to look into this permission issue to access this user.
