  • I’ve forgot to thank you all for using my plugin and please leave a feedback once the problem is solved. Other users running into the same problem may find it useful at some point.

I had a chat with inMotion support yesterday and they told me Google sees that IP block as belonging to Cuba… everybody is aware of the problem and they are working on it.

I’ve reported it to google, but I doubt it will be fixed immediately. I wouldn’t exactly call that a fix. A long term one yes, but not one that will get my analytics back up immediately.

Badda-Bing! InMotion moved me to a different server and now Alin’s plugin activated properly and is working again! Yea! And thank you Alin for providing such a great plugin over the years! I actually just had to look again to confirm the plugin is free… all of these great features and it’s free?! Thanks again for your sharing your talent!

Another InMotion customer here with the same issue. I just had a support chat session and they moved me to another server. As of now I am still getting the same error. Maybe the server switch didn’t go into effect right away. No idea. Really annoying situation nonetheless.

Try to clear the authorization and re-authorize.

Sorry should have noted that I did that. Cleared the cache and the authorization. No luck. For all I know InMotion moved me to another server that is flagged by Google.

Also try unintalling and reinstalling (this will also clear everything in your db). If that doesn’t work you’re probably right.

InMotion doesn’t have Australian servers. Virginia and California are the only places they have servers. That review is misleading.

+getgolfed… see if things are working now as when InMotion switched me to a different server, they sent me an email stating that although the transfer would be immediate, I should allow 24 hours for the transfer to complete and to postpone any changes to the site during that time.

I just requested a server change. I hope that they move me to a server that works.

It took InMotion 12 hours but they got me moved over to a new server and the plugin is working again. Thanks Alin.

I am back up too. Thanks to all of you for helping figure this out. I definitely recommend Alin’s plugins and InMotion as a responsive host.

    Back to work!

I’m glad InMotion also pulled through for us, and I appreciate everyone’s input throughout this entire ordeal. And thanks again Alin for the great plugin!

Did you guys call or sent in a ticket? Inmotion is telling me to contact google when I have told them that others have been moved and that’s the only way to fix this problem.
