    Hello!

I have a small problem with my WordPress blog and cannot figure out how to solve it. I am very new to blogging and any form of web development in general, so please bear with me.

I am trying to embed a simple Google map in one of my blog posts (with Elementor). All works fine until I try to save the post. That is when Forbidden (403 error) comes out.

I have found here a couple of topic saying that Wordfence may be causing the problem. But so far no solutions offered in those treads worked for me. Has anyone encountered similar issue or have any idea why this may happen?

I will be grateful for any help.
    Cheers!

Where did you see that? Did you disable WordFence to check is that is really the issue?

Assuming the embed is done correctly and it’s not causing a coding error itself, it could be modSecurity is running on the server and its configuration needs adjustment to let through that kind of content. Also assuming you don’t have any other security plugins running. modSecurity adjustments are something your host will need to do for you.

So, it’s definitely Wordfence. Once I disabled the program, I had zero problems with embedding the map. I then reactivated WordFence; the map is still on my blog, but anytime I try to make any changes, for example resize it, the 403 error appears again. Any ideas how can I get Wordfence to accept the embedded maps?

I suggest to ask to the plugin developer:

Thank you. I will check with the plugin developer.
