    Hi,

Right after I install the plugin, I’m getting 403 error forbidden to whole /wp-admin/ when logged as administrator. I had to manually delete the plugin from ftp to access /wp-admin/.
Do you have any idea what may cause this ?

    Thank you

    Hello @nurbis,

Sorry to hear you are encountering such problem. I have some questions for you which will help us troubleshoot the issue:

    1) Is this a new install or an upgrade?
    2) You installed the plugin and followed the wizard or cancelled the wizard?
    3) Is it a single or multisite installation?
    4) When did the 403 exactly happened, you installed the plugin, and then as soon as it activated the plugin? If not can you please let us know the exact steps how to reproduce this?
    5) What version of WordPress are you running?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    2) I followed the wizard and after submitting it I received 403
    3) single site
    4) see 2
    5) 4.9.8

Thank you for your quick response ??

@nurbis, can you please uninstall the plugin, and install it again but without running the wizard so we can see what happens? To do this:

    1) delete the plugin directory

    2) delete the plugin tables
    – wp_wsal_metadata
    – wp_wsal_options
    – wp_wsal_occurences

    3) Install the plugin

    4) When asked if you want to run the wizard click Cancel.

    Does that work for you?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi, yeah when I skiped the wizard, everything seems to be working fine.

    Thank you

I have one more question though so I will ask here instead of creating new topic.
Is there a way to filter logs or is it only premium feature ?

Glad it worked out. Just to be sure you’ve got the settings from the wizard covered, check the plugin’s and go through them, especially the retention period and exclusion.

As for filtering, there is some basic & limited filtering of the activity logs in the free edition, though yes, in the full texts search and filters are available in the premium edition.
