403 Error

  • Hi,

    I have a site where editors are able to edit the pages, but when they go to view the page, they get the following error. They have the read permission but not sure why they get an error. Could you help me resolve this? The site is behind login so you wouldn’t be able to access it. Admins can view the page with no issue.

    403 Error

    You do not have permission to view this page.

    It’s not WordPress user permissions issue. I suppose some plugin is involved. Try to deactivate them all and test. If this will help, activate plugins back one by one with a new test to isolate a reason.
