    I tried testing with the specified URL on my local testbed and was unable to reproduce the 403 error. I’ll keep poking around and let you know what I find.

    For adjusting the PHP timeout, you may need to contact your webhost in regards to the specifics. Normally, you need to modify your php.ini and increase the max_execution_time variable.
