401 error for api calls

    Hi @dnikola,

    I currently have limited Internet access so I can’t look at the screenshot you shared here.

    The 401 error means “unauthorized access” so my guess is that you have a security/firewall plugin installed on your site that’s preventing WPP from keeping track of your page views. If so then maybe this FAQ will help.
