401 Error

    09-10-2019 @ 09:31:47 – Error retrieving the tax rates. Received (401): {“statusCode”:401,”error”:”Unauthorized”,”message”:”Invalid token”,”attributes”:{“error”:”Invalid token”}} (WCS Tax)

    I did the following:
    -installed and connected JetPack
    -activated WooCommerce Services
    -checked automatic tax calculation in WooCommerce
    -tested checkout – nothing shows up for tax calculation

    I’m getting a 401 error even though JetPack seems to be connected and working properly.

    {“statusCode”:401,”error”:”Unauthorized”,”message”:”Invalid token”,”attributes”:{“error”:”Invalid token”}} (WCS Tax) usually means there is a connection issue with Jetpack. You can double check if connection is ok here: https://jetpack.com/support/debug/

    If there is an error, I’d recommend disconnecting and reconnecting your Jetpack account to see if that helps.
