    Hi @hitec4ever,

    Thank you for contacting us! Please try going to the Apps and Websites settings directly from Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/accounts/manage_access/) , remove the Smash Balloon Social Personal permission, and then remove and reconnect your account from WordPress Dashboard > Instagram Feed > Settings > Manage Sources.

    I hope this helps! If this does not resolve the issue we’ll need to see some more specific information from the plugin, so in that case please send us a support request through our website here.

    @smashballoonlouis thanks for the info. There’s no active, expired or removed app in that section. I created a support ticket.
