• I have set up this plugin on a development site, using the default theme and all other plugins disabled. SSL is configured correctly, and the domain is authorised on my 3CX server.

The plugin loads with the chat icon disabled, and returns a 400 error on the request to admin-ajax.php initiated by callus.js. Or alternatively, just times out when trying to initialise the chat plugin.

What is it that I am missing? I have tried all the troubleshooting recommended in other threads with no result.
