400 Bad Request, while trying to change permalinks to custom

I got this error when i try to change my permalinks to custom and other structure but when i go to default and hit save it does not get 400 bad request error. please help me, i’m wondering if the error was in the wordpress files or in my server. mt server is h-sphere.
