Pinterest should have loaded within the page you came from. This message usually indicates that something is preventing AddToAny, Pinterest, and other components from fully loading on the previous website.

Pinterest is actually loading on your site, so you’ll want to troubleshoot your own browser/device/connection to see what’s preventing Pinterest’s script from loading in your browser. Usually it’s some 3rd party antivirus software or a browser add-on.

I have the same problem, it’s very bad for SEO, I don’t use any third-party program

The helpful error message you’re seeing does not affect SEO — AddToAny appropriately disallows bots from crawling error pages, and the button’s fallback link is a nofollow. Major search engine bots crawl JavaScript, and the relevant JavaScript is working perfectly on your site in default browsing environments.

Again, your Pinterest button is working on-site for visitors — tools like browserling.com let you see this, but your site’s Cloudflare settings are currently blocking browserling.com. Trying another browser/device/connection would let you see this. You should troubleshoot your own browser/device/connection to find the root cause.
