    Hello,

I am unable to access my webpages except the home page (https://theoff.info/Adventure-Travel/). Whenever I click on a webpage, the following message appears on my computer screen:

Google Chrome, Opera, and Safari browsers: “This webpage has a redirect loop.” / Too many redirect loops.

IE browser: “HTTP 400 bad request.”

Mozilla Firefox: “Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.”

Could you help on resolving the issue?

    Thanks and regards,

  • Whenever I click on one of your pages, I get ' https:///# ' in my Firefox address bar and then this message on the screen:

    The address isn't valid

The URL is not valid and cannot be loaded.

Web addresses are usually written like https://www.example.com/
Make sure that you're using forward slashes (i.e. /).

My guess is that your permalinks *might* be the problem, but had you changed anything either there or at Dashboard > Settings > General?

    Thanks for the reply!

In fact all links were working till Friday (December 5, 2014) afternoon. I uploaded a new page. Then the problem began.

    I am using custom permalinks:https://theoff.info/Adventure-Travel/%category%/%year%/%postname%/

But I have not changed anything in General/ Settings.

    So what do you suggest?

For example, when I clicked on Ancient Alchi in Leh from Jammu Kashmir Menu (URL https://theoff.info/Adventure-Travel/sights-of-himalayas/jammu-kashmir/2014/ancient-alchi-in-leh/)

    Firefox displayed the error:
“Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.”

I would first get rid of that page, then take a look at a backup copy of it to try to figure out how it started all of this. As a good friend used to say, “Please go back to the beginning of the trouble and move forward once again rather than trying to keep going forward from here.” (paraphrased)

I have figured out the culprit. It is NextGEN Gallery by Photocrati. I installed this feature-packed photo gallery plugin on Friday. Today I have deactivated and tested the webpages. everything is working fine.

Could you tell me how to us NextGEN Gallery by Photocrati without problems as it is a feature packed plugin?

I have no experience with that plugin, but here are its links for support:

Glad you got it figured out!
