4.0 Upgrade makes ALL plugins disappear, Broke my header menus

    Let’s get 4.0 fixed instead of staying forever on an obsolete version. ??

    First, which version did you upgrade from?

    Now, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/plugins/ and let us know if all of your plugins are in tact.

    Also, open up the main .php files of a few of the missing plugins. Is there any strange random code at the top of each?

    I just updated a client’s site and have this same issue. I don’t understand why so many people are having this issue – when it should be a simple upgrade. Standard wordpress plugins like askimet are gone. Please point me to the resolution on this. The site is not hacked.
