4 stars for the support, 2 stars for the slider

First off, let me just say that the support team for Huge-IT slider is great. They are incredibly responsive to emails and quickly push out patches to bugs as they arise. Put it this way, their support team has made me happy to have chosen Huge-IT slider.

The slider itself leaves a little to be desired. There are certainly some functionality issues and depending upon the customization that your site has, the slider could be ripe with bugs. I found that it worked well for the most part, but struggled to load with slower data speeds. Also, the CSS that they use doesn’t like to be tampered with, and as a web designer, I tamper with almost every plugin’s design elements.

Overall, the slider provides a simple way to include a slider on your site. If you’re looking for very advanced functionality, this isn’t the slider for you.
