4 different are sent when a customer request a quote

    Hi Pinal,

    First thanks a lot for this plugin. I will send you the french translation soon.

    At the moment I have an issue.
    When I submit a quote request as a client. I receive 4 different email.

    2 For the customers :
    – We received your quote resquest (which is right)
    – We received your order (which should not be sent as it is a quote )

    And 2 for the site admin on the same principle :
    – 1 quote request
    – 1 order

    My question is, how to prevent orders emails to be sent as it is a quote request ?

    I’m not sure I was clear ^^

    Hi @wonderboyagency,

    I tried replicating the issue on my local with the same versions of the plugins as mentioned above. However, the admin & client received only 1 mail each informing them of the Quote Request.

    No order emails were sent.

    Can you kindly let me know what theme are you using?

    Also, it would be great if you can run a small test as below to find if this is being caused due to a conflict. Steps are as below:
    1. Deactivate all plugins except WC and Quotes.
    2. Place a quote order
    3. Check the emails received.

    If only the quote emails come through (no order emails), then it is possible this might be due to a conflict. Please check then by enabling one plugin at a time and kindly let me know the results.

    Since the order emails come through from WC, it should not likely be a conflict. But we’ll be able to better find the root cause of the issue if we can rule out these things.

    Alternately, if all the products on your site require a Quote, you can even disable the New order email from WooCommerce->Settings->Emails.
