4.9 Upgrade Database after manual install

    Hello,

    I manually installed (updated) wordpress 4.9 and when I went back to the admin after re-logging in, I was not given the option to upgrade the database. Was there a database upgrade with 4.9? How can I get the system to give it to me?

    We are on an old server running php 5.2.36 and cannot update automatically.

    The updates page shows 4.9 as the current version.

    I also Manually updated to 4.9. And it did not ask me to update database.

    The reason I believe is that the database version (38590 ) has no changed since 4.7
