Posting a new topic since this is a slightly different error as reported by RYNONET.

Sorry to hear it, Ryan – but we really appreciate the level of detail you’ve shared here. Let us look into this and we’ll see what we can do.

@ryantown – it looks like you have an extra plugin in place (tribe-events-snippet-hide-qr-code) … can you confirm where you got this and can you try deactivating it – does that make a difference in this case?

(Please also see this post: you may be facing pretty much the same thing and if so removing that now-unsupported plugin could restore normal behavior.)

That appears to have solved it! Thanks!

I took over managing/supporting this site somewhat recently, so I wasn’t involved in building it originally, but here are the plugin details…

The Events Calendar: Remove QR Codes
Hides QR codes from the email/tickets sent to purchasers
Version 0.1.1 | By Modern Tribe

Must be an old unsupported plugin.

    Thanks again!

    Welcome!

For what its worth, there is now a setting in the Events ? Settings ? Tickets screen to turn QR codes on and off, so if you do need that functionality it is still there – it’s just been baked into the plugin ??
