4.7 uploading/using media problems

  • Hi, since going to 4.7 a client of mine has a funny issue. With Sermon Manager activated, any images uploaded in the Media Library don’t have any dimensions or thumbnails! If you try to insert an image into a page/post it’s shown as 1×1 with a blank image!

    On the install, I deactivated all plugins and switched to the 2015 theme and it was only Sermon Manager causing the problem.

    The server is using PHP5.5 (I’m going to try and get it onto 5.6 asap).

    Do you have any ideas?! Many thanks.

    I’m not sure what caused the issue exactly. I would definitely get to php5.6 and see. But make sure that you update to the new 2.0 and let me know if you are still experiencing this issue! Thanks!

    Thanks James. Not had a chance yet (my client is having issues getting into their hosting cpanel, which is another story…!). I’ll give 5.6 (or later!) a try when I can…
