4.7 Update and now site and login screen are blank

Did the auto update through the back end. Site went white. Login screen is also blank white. No error, nothing. Site is https://www.jeffreyteam.com

Even weirder, if I view source, both the site and the login screen only show 1. As in the single digit ‘1’.

Manually downloaded and upgraded, FTP’ed all the files. Read the instructions, deleted folders, uploaded new ones, kept my wp-config etc.

Same problem. Blank white pages.

Cleared browser cache, no change. Checked on different device with different browser, same thing. Cleared Cloudflare cache at the server level, no change.

Not sure what else to do now. Not sure how to change themes or disable plugins when I can’t get into the back end.
