    Hey @iciaretxebarria,

Looking at the error message I notice the plugin WooCommerce Admin being mentioned.

Can you navigate to WordPress Admin > Plugins and deactivate the plugin called WooComerce Admin as a test. After doing so please let me know if the pages then load for you.

    Thanks

When you say Woocommerce Admin, what do you mean? you mean I should deactivate Woocommerce? I do not have a plugin named “Woocommerce Admin”.

These are Woocommerce plugins I have: https://snipboard.io/zOPRiC.jpg

    Hi @iciaretxebarria,

Sorry, I initially thought you were also using the WooCommerece Admin plugin in conjunction with WooCommerce.

Have you carried out a conflict test on your site as yet by disabling all other plugins aside from WooCommerce along with switching to a theme like Storefront. This will help with trying to and locate what software you have installed which could possibly be causing this behaviour? You could use a free plugin called Health Check and Troubleshooting to carry out such testing.

When in Troubleshooting mode all plugins will be deactivated and only the admin of the site carrying out the troubleshooting would see those changes. Any customers visiting the site would see no changes at all.

Once you have disabled all other plugins and switched theme if the behaviour is resolved you can then enabled your theme and sites plugins testing after each one is enabled until the behaviour returns to locate the culprit.

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

This will let us see whether it’s maybe a conflict between plugins on the site as none of my test installations are displaying any similar errors with v4.6.2 installed on them.

Hi Stuart! Thank you for your reply.
I have new information over that after investigating a bit more. The hosting provider and other admins of the website are not able to reproduce the error, they see the Woocommerce start screen correctly. It is extremely rare :S but I have also noted that I see it correctly in Firefox. Chrome is the browser where it fails (in my case).

So, for the moment, we have decided to leave this issue as it does not affect the functioning of the site.

However, I note your recommendation in case we decide to deepen more into the issue.

Thank you for your support and time.
    Have a great day,

    Hey,

Thank you for letting us know!

I’ve also replied in the other thread, so feel free to ignore that one.

For now, as this only appears to be happening in Chrome, I encourage you to clear the browser cache and disable and extension you might have to see if the behavior changes. Also, trying it in incognito mode could help.

If you have any pending updates on the Chrome browser, I recommend updating as well. You can see if you’re running the latest version by checking this site:

Hi Robert! Thank you for your recommendation! As you said, I disabled all the extensions and cleared Chrome cache and now, although it seems to take a little long, it displays correctly Woocommerce first start screen ??

However there are still little bugs like this when choosing tags (nothing serious):

I think there is still a style problem or something since we also received this email from WordPress:

Se ha producido un error del tipo E_ERROR en la línea 49 del archivo /home/granelet/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-regenerate-images.php. Mensaje de error: Uncaught Error: Class ‘WC_Regenerate_Images_Request’ not found in /home/granelet/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-regenerate-images.php:49

    Thank you for your support!

That sounds like a PHP version issue. If you’re running an older version of PHP than 7.2, please consider upgrading and let us know if the issue is still there.

    Best wishes,

    Hey Robert!
The website uses PHP Version 7.4.12 so it is quite updated.
    ??
I do not know exactly what it may cause the error.
Thank you for your time and have a great weekend!
