    Hi,
I’ve updated to 4.3.1 from 4.2.4 and many elementor “elements” stopped working. Things like elementor slider, site logo, images and other small things.

I’ve reverted to 4.2.4 until the next update

    Hi @kimchinica ,

First of all, I’m sorry to hear that you faced this issue with 4.3.1 update.

Can you please regenerate assets from wp-admin -> Essential Addons then, switch to the “Tools” tab and hit the Regenerate Assets button. Check out this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/pvozsx

Also, make sure to Regenerate Files from wp-admin -> Elementor -> Tools as well. Check out this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/r3b588

If you have any 3rd party caching plugin enabled, Please purge the cache there aswell or temporary deactivate the caching plugin and try again.

Let me know how it goes. Thank you.

Hello @abidhasan112 and thank you for your fast reply.
I’ve updated to 4.3.1 and regenerated the assets on Essential Addons, regenerated files on Elementor, deleted cache and minified CSS/JS and removed the cache plugin but the issue is still there.

    No worries,
    I appreciate the great support!

Same issues, tried all the advice, deleted the uploads caches for Elementor and essential addons. still broken. Also tried creating a clean page and creating the same kinds of assets that are broken on earlier pages on the fresh page, that WORKED. Putting Elementor in safe mode had no effect.

It’s probably also worth noting that those elements mostly work in the editor but not in view mode. The site logo is broken in the editor as well as view mode however.

    @kimchinica @flatulore,

Hi, there. We are really sorry about the inconvenience caused. However, we have just released a new version of Essential Addons Free 4.3.2. So, can you please update your plugin?

Afterward, please try doing this following: To regenerate assets, you can go to wp-admin -> Essential Addons then, switch to the ‘Tools’ tab and hit the ‘Regenerate Assets’ button. Check out this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/pvozsx

Also, make sure to Regenerate Files from wp-admin -> Elementor -> Tools as well. Check out this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/r3b588

If the issue still persists, please try clearing your browser cache or try another browser too.

If you are using any caching plugin, make sure to purge cache from them as well.

I hope your issue will be resolved. Thank you.
