4.0 Bug, Breaks Login Page

    Hi,

    Just upgraded to 4.0 and my login page is now not modified, and the following error appears on the page:

    Custom Login can’t find the autoload file, plugin is currently NOT ACTIVE.

    The plugin IS active, no matter what it says!

    Please fix ASAP
