3rd party APIs unable to connect to server

When I click on your link, I get “Under Maintenance”.

It was under maintenance for about 30 minutes. Sorry!

Do you have any security plugins installed?

I had siteground secruity installed, but I disabled all plugins (except for woocommerce and Shipstation) and there was no improvement.

What do you see in the server’s access logs when these connections are attempted?

I’m not a developer, but I am capable of locating a log file if I could only know where to look for it! What would be the relevant lof file for me to look at (that I could access on a shared server)

Problem solved. The culprit was Cloudflare’s Bot Fight Mode. It doesn’t help to whitelist Shipstation’s IPs, as the Bot Figth Mode ignores that. So, Bot Fight mode is off and all is good.
