3rd parameter for bnfw_trigger_insert_post filter

Thank you for your continuous work with the plugin!

As you already know we use BNFW as the primary notification plugin for Directories Pro and please add the 3rd parameter ($update) to the “bnfw_trigger_insert_post” filter so that we can check whether or not the notification is called for a new post or an update. This parameter is passed from the “wp_insert_post” action but the “bnfw_trigger_insert_post” filter is currently not utilizing it.
