3D Secure VBV/3DS not working?

So, I have been using this plugin from last 5 months, never had a problem. I did a transaction on 10th of this month and the plugin/gateway was directing the customer for 3d secure however after that I think there were some couple of updates on wordpress and woocommerce that I did. Now from last 4 days we did 6 sales and none of them are getting redirected to 3d secure transactions. I checked with NMI and they are saying this is a problem which has been reported but some more merchants recently and their engineering team is looking into this however I suspect, can it be the updates that I might have done with wordpress and woocommerce? My gateway settings are correct and haven’t been changed from last 5 months.

I would really appreciate any help in this.
