3D Secure (Level) Option is not Visible

I have attached some screenshots where you can see that the 3D Secure options ( Level, Supported Card Types) are displayed:none there.

It seems that the screenshots were not attached with your reply. Do you mind sharing those screenshots again so that we can take a look?

Yes, I am having issues, please check the screenshots that I sent. I am not seeing this 3D secure option at all. That option is display:none on my end.
