    Hello
    Does the plugin make use of 3D secure when a customer pays?
    I have done some testing with both a personal credit card, and debit card from different banks, and I do not get prompted to authorize the payment. Is that normal?

    It looks like this is not the normal behavior, it should work with 3D Secure, please make sure you are using the latest version of Square (3.1.0) also that your WooCommerce and WordPress versions are up to date as well.

    If the issue is still present after updating all extensions, plugins, etc. Please disconnect Square and reconnect it. Check if the issue persists.

    If it persists, we’d like to request more information, please send us a copy of your System Status Report so that we have a better idea of the configuration of the site.

    You can get it by navigating to WP Dashboard > WooCommerce > Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it in your reply.
