Can you check in the console of your browser to see whether the problem might be related to JavaScript files not being loaded ?

Hello, I have the same problem, but I am not enough prepared for os much technical solving suggestion. Console of browser??? JavaScript files not being loaded ??? Could you be more specific and simple about it please… I’m just totally lost!

    Thank you in advance ??

I have found the “FORMAT options” dropdown like I can see in the Shotscreens. Nice job!

    Hi,
    I only found this:
ReferenceError: preferentiallite_buttons is not defined preferential-extras.js:135:1

But sure this is not the problem, because is always present, even if I change the format.

    The site is: https://www.lavorosudise.eu/
Now I use the “Separated by whitespace” for the page right sidebar.
If you click on a tag on “Argomenti nel sito” you can see what appen with 3D HTML5 Cloud (it’s configured for the blog side bar).

Can’t make it do anything other than the standard, when put in as a shortcode in a post.
    Is this example correct please?

    [showtagcloud taxomony="tags", width="0", height="0", tag_id="86,87", format="array", color="#FF5800", background="FFFFFF"]

What I am trying to achieve with this is a large 3D html tagloud.
    thanx for any help!
