3D gallery not displaying images after update

Are there any errors in your logs or the browser to console?

Hi, we are actually working in your site at the moment to work out the cause of this. It appears that some of the security plugins may be interfering with the AR upload functionality. I will send you our conclusion as soon as we have it resolved.

Thank, you. I had suspected security settings so I resetted folder permissions to 775 and deactivated security plugins. no luck. Confused to why 3D viewer would work and not image display. they are both using same library/media folder

There appear to be a couple of issues with how the plugins interacted with your site which we have resolved, such as your media library files are being server using http instead of https – the plugin script now forces them to be https with the gallery builder. However the security plugins are still blocking the gallery builder from working so you may need to look at disabling them or finding an alternative.
