3D effects and more missing even when Pro version is paid

  • Hi,

    I am using latest version of the plugin and wordpress. I have paid for the Pro-version of the plugin 2 times now, but i′m still missing alot of functions such as 3D effects..They do not show in the tool bar together with the other functions.
    I can open the Pro Settings tab and it works (except i cannot rotate fonts)..??

    Please help me.
