3d book not showing correctly, text not there correctly and some js issues

We tried to recreate a scenario using your PDF and the DearFlip version you are using.
It is working fine.

Did you wad any plugins recently? We will try to add those to the test environment.

Hi,
We found that your files are served as charset utf8mb4 . It impacts the font calculation mainly for js files.

content-type: application/x-javascript; charset=utf8mb4

Please contact your hosting provider and (if you can) change it to normal utf-8 or blank.

To confirm we changed the Charset to utf8mb4 on our working localhost and it also started displaying wrong texts.

Working/normal output:

hi, i told the host that and they did as you told them from the httacs file

but still the files didn’t worked well

he files is still broken

about the added plugins there is many, i added alot and deleted them, cleard cach and so on

but from the time the books was working i added those:

imagify

wp rocket

tae of content

indeed membership

— i used the image compressor and change my image sizes woth many plugins so i don’t know if that is connected, but please check, this is a magazine and we have to make it readable

Did the host confirm that the files are served in correct format? They should have checked it, can’t believe they just overlooked it.
The files are still served as utf8mb4
Ask them to confirm it too. It’s not just our scripts everything is served as utf8mb4, see the link below for common jQuery script from your site

You can confirm that yourself by checking the link:

Then look under Raw Headers section

Unless that charset=utf8mb4 is removed it wont work. This not something that can be solved from our plugin code. It’s a server issue.

That is a must if the font have to work. Let us know when that is removed and it is still not working.

Further looked into it, It looks like the host only configured it for html only not for js and css files.

Make sure to tell the host it is required for JavaScript files.

but

i don’t know a lot about how to solve that, host support told me they are specialist in hosting issues npt development and solve any other issues and they adviced me to search by myself but i don’t know how to solve

can you help on a points on how to solve that? If needed to add any htaccs or anything just send me what i should andd an where woth clear points as i’m not a pro,
