    Thank you for reaching out!

    WooCommerce Payments doesn’t have the option to enable any form of authentication, SCA, OTP, etc. SCA is already in place, but it is something that will only be triggered if the card issuer requires it.

    cards with OTP are declined

    Can you share a bit more details? Do you see any error? If yes, can you share a screenshot of that?

    Also, in order for us to get a better understanding of your site setup, could you please share a copy of your website’s System Status Report?

    You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

    There is no any error it only show to customer your card has been decline

    Payment is authorised buy card declines. I frequently got this problem.

    Thank you for sharing your website’s System Status Report.

    I have checked the report but didn’t find anything unusual.

    I would suggest asking your customer to contact their card issuing bank as to why the card is being declined. You can also suggest them trying a card issued by a different provider.
