3CX New Update Cause Chat to not work

    Hello,
    Before the new update to 3CX, my live chat was working fine. After the update, the chat function will no longer display. It directed me to sign up for a free subscription and follow the prompt to copy and paste the link into the WordPress plugin. I already have an account so I copied my old link into the plugin and nothing happened. If anyone knows what to do please help.

    New LiveChat is working via 3CX. What version of 3CX do you use?

    Some time yesterday we noticed our LiveChats also stopped working. We hadn’t yet updated to WP 6.0 and it looks like we are on 3CX plugin version 10.0.2 (updated 4 days ago).

    It looks like the recent update just wiped out the “3CX Talk URL” from my plugin settings. I think we’re good now.
