3CX Live Chat – Call option not showing

It only work if you have check on pop-out option from settings

For the case that queue is configured with the chat window, the audio/video buttons will be enabled only after one of the queue agents take the ownership.
I’ve tried to replicate the scenario with the popout configuration and consistently I do not see the phone/video buttons unless one of the queue agents takes the ownership.

Please let me know your comments.

Phone/video buttons are working for popout windows, you can check again but when I uncheck popout option. The phone/video buttons disappear on normal chat screen. Please have a look on provided images

Your case requires further investigation. For sure I can see that the website is not https. It is a prerequisite for the plugin to work, to be hosted in a site that is https.
It might work in your case for the poppup, because the window that pops up is hosted by PBX which has https certificate.

Is it possible to try the same scenario on https site, or assign a valid certificate on your site?

Can’t figure out the problem why plugin is not giving same output as direct link?

The direct link is pointing to your PBX, that has https certificate.

Please verify that your website also has https certificate.

So you mean since my PBX is on https, it will not work on http website?

Both endpoints should have SSL certificate. WebRTC does not allow sending audio/video over an unsecured connection.
