3CX keeps resetting – losing settings

    Added to client’s site, which they have now disabled.

    Everything generally works well, but within anywhere from 1-3 days, all admin settings reset. We lose business hours, custom messages, etc – all back to the default of the plugin.

    Any idea what could cause? It takes so long to show up that turning off other plugins isn’t an option.

    Hi @cstolze ,
    there is no functionality on our plugin which is related to settings reset. Please provide us a list with the enabled plugins in order to proceed with further investigation for conflicts.

    Thanks for the response. We just figured it out. Client was pushing staging updates that overwrote the plugin settings.

    Not a 3CX issue.
