3.8.15 Update Issues

    Hi,

    I ran into some trouble tonight with the 3.8.15 update. I am getting the following fatal errors and can no longer activate the plugin:

    Warning: unlink(/wp-content/plugins/store-locator-le/core/images/icons/theme-editor.php_files) [function.unlink]: Is a directory in /wp-content/plugins/store-locator-le/include/storelocatorplus-activation_class.php on line 253

    Warning: rmdir(/wp-content/plugins/store-locator-le/core/images/icons/) [function.rmdir]: Directory not empty in /wp-content/plugins/store-locator-le/include/storelocatorplus-activation_class.php on line 360

    Same here and I can’t even rollback, after UL a backup copy it still errors trying to activate!

    I’m experiencing the same exact problem. Can you please help fix this problem because we rely on the Store locator plugin. We paid for the plugin and would appreciate your help ASAP. Thanks.

    I have the same problem after updating WP to 3.5.1.
    Using Version 3.8.15 of the plugin.

    Same problem here after update to 3.8.15 using WP 3.5.1. Worked before the update.

    Looking at it now. Not sure why the activate code is not working on some sites as it was not changed in this release… but something triggered latent code.

    I’ll post instructions on the top of the forum as soon as I figure it out.

    I do have a server where I can login & see the problem… now to find the fix & the restart method.

    This is the error I receive upon trying to activate the plugin running WP 3.5.1 on the Genesis 1.9.1 Framework

    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

    3.8.17 should fix this, just released.
