3.8.1 upgrade altered post formatting?

Hi there,
Yesterday I began a post and, on previewing it, saw that the body’s right margin is suddenly wider than it was (there’s a gap of more than an inch between the right edge of body text and the left edge of sidebar). Then I saw the update notice. Any idea how I can fix this?
