3800+ subscribers but only 62 emails sent?

  • The number of emails sent as notification of new post has steadily declined over the weeks. My latest post notification was sent to just 62 subscribers out of 3,835 (active). Why is this happening?

  • Hi, It is possible that your host has set limit to send emails from your site, and so you are unable to send out emails more than a certain limit, please do have a recheck with your host.

    Also, since you have a larger list of subscribers I would like to ask you which method are you using to send emails? Is it using CRON? Please do have a look at How to Schedule Cron Emails
