37/5000 related products is not working

    I’m creating a website with woo + elementor, when I create a single product and put related products (from woo) to pull similar products in the same category the products are not pulled, could you help me?

    Hi there,

    Just to make sure: Are you seeing the related products on a normal single product page when you’re using a default theme like Storefront *without* Elementor?

    no, unfortunately i already tried to pull the related products to and i couldn’t.

    no, unfortunately i already tried to pull the related products to and i couldn’t.

    Does that mean that related products are not being shown even when you disable Elementor?

    We’d like to understand the setup better. Can you please share the following with us?

    1. Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    2. URL of one of the products that has related products option enabled.

    Do let us know so we can check further.
