360 Tours not displaying

    Hi

    I have created a tour but when I add it to a page it is not displaying. I am using classic editor and putting the following on the page and publishing it.

    [ipano id=”2″]

    What am I doing wrong?

    I do have WP-Optimize running on the site, so could this be causing an issue?

    By setting a custom width & height in general settings I have fixed this.

    Good afternoon, I am stepping stone to this post because I have a similar problem.

    If I embed a tour practically on the page I see a transparent box, if I click then I upload the tour, how can I resolve it so that it is seen normally?

    Have you tried putting a custom Hieght and Width? If you do make sure you put it in pixel size and put px after the numbers e.g. Width = 750px & Height = 375px.

    See if that fixes it?
