Hello, I have a problem with the 360 ??degree widget. I tried it first with pngs but the widget is gone. In a post I read that jpg should be used. Unfortunately, that doesn’t work for me either. The widget just disappears.
I hope you can help me.
    Thanks in advance

  • Hello @rritterhenri

Are you using the 360 Rotation as an Elementor Template or just as Widget? In general, this issue should not occur with the stand-alone widget mode.

Actually, recently we addressed the image rotation output, which is happening due to the Jquery Library limitation. In where we have no control to stabilize this fully. However, our team is looking for an alternative, and we will surely revise this once we have a better solution.

    Thanks.

I use it just as a widget

    Hello again,

    As I said,

Recently, we addressed the image rotation output, which is happening due to the Jquery Library limitation. In where we have no control to stabilize this fully. However, our team is looking for an alternative, and we will surely revise this once we have a better solution.

This particular issue is happening intermittently in a few site/environments. I hope we can ensure an immediate fix for this issue. As I mention, this is a limitation of the Jquery Library, which we are currently using. We are looking for an alternate but still no luck with that.??

I hope you understand the situation.
    Thanks!
